5.2 Third-party processor: We use a third-party processor, ActiveCampaign and your information may be subject to ActiveCampaign’s Terms of Service (https://www.activecampaign.com/legal/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (https://www.activecampaign.com/legal/privacy-policy). The email address you submit is stored within ActiveCampaign’s database until you request removal from us. You have the right to request removal, and can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links in the emails we send, or by requesting removal via email by sending an email to privacy@unionlanding.com. Please let us know if you wish to correct or delete your information.

5.3 Log Data: We may receive information about how and when you use the Services, store it in “Log Data” or “Log Files”: or other types of files associated with your account, and link it to other information we collect about you. 8. Data Access Exclusions

8.1 Upon request and where required or otherwise appropriate, Union Landing will grant individuals reasonable access to Personal Data that it holds about them. Such access may be denied by Union Landing where:

8.1.1 Such access could potentially disclose Personal Data of another person, and therefore, violate his/her Privacy Rights.

8.1.2 Such access could potentially disclose information relating to any ongoing Union Landing investigation.

8.1.3 Such access could potentially disclose Union Landing confidential information.

8.1.4 The cost of such access would be significantly disproportionate to the benefits derived or to the risks to the individual’s privacy in the case in question.

8.1.5 Union Landing has a reasonable good faith belief that the request is not to correct data, but to hide or alter data that could adversely affect the associate requisition the correction.

12. Our policy on children’s information

12.1 The Union Landing Email List is intended for people 18 or older, and in registering for The Union Landing Email List, Users are verifying that they are 18 years or older. We have also made an effort to specifically limit Union Landing appeal to people of age 18 or older. Union Landing will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18. Union Landing does not assume responsibility for misrepresentations regarding the age of any User made in connection with any User’s registration for or use of the website. We may terminate without notice the membership of any user if we believe that the User has provided any false information to us when registering for or using this website.
