The email address you submit is stored within ActiveCampaign’s database until you request removal from us. You have the right to request removal, and can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links in the emails we send, or by requesting removal via email by sending an email to privacy@unionlanding.com. 12.1 The Union Landing Email List is intended for people 18 or older, and in registering for The Union Landing Email List, Users are verifying that they are 18 years or older. We have also made an effort to specifically limit Union Landing appeal to people of age 18 or older. Union Landing will not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18. Union Landing does not assume responsibility for misrepresentations regarding the age of any User made in connection with any User’s registration for or use of the website.
