Union City is set to make history with Sama-Sama Fest at Union Landing, the city’s first-ever Filipino American History Month celebration. Inspired by the Filipino phrase sama-sama—“together”—the festival highlights the stories, heritage, and contributions of the Filipino American community while creating a space for families, neighbors, and friends to connect.
With thousands expected and over 70 food vendors, artists, creative retailers, and community organizations participating, Sama-Sama Fest will be a vibrant showcase of culture, creativity, and community pride. More than just a festival, it’s a new tradition that celebrates identity, uplifts local talent, and invites all communities to come together in unity.
