Unlock new umami flavor! Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is adding a savory brothless ramen to indulge this summer with the limited-time Tonkotsu Mazemen now available at Union Landing.
The dish, best enjoyed well-mixed, includes tender braised chashu pork, crispy chicken, a soft-boiled egg marinated in a salty-sweet soy sauce blend (ajitama), green onion, fried red onions, tempura flakes, ramen noodles, and tonkotsu sauce.
